The product is a thermal insulating bag (item 3010) made of bubble plastic. It is transparent with orange longitudinal stripes and includes tape in the package.
It is used by unfolding it on the stretcher before the patient is placed, then folding it around the patient and securing it with attached straps and clips.
The materials provide protection against cooling, wind, rain, dust, and snow, while the transparent material allows visual contact with the patient's body and injuries.
