Managing director
Anders is our visionary leader who is passionate about LESS, preparedness and the local business community.
Anders believes in possibilities and does not give up because of a little adversity.
With many traveling days for work, there is not always much free time left, but what he has, he prefers to spend on his grandchildren.

Sales manager
Robert is our man out in the field and you will often find him as an exhibitor at the many fairs and conferences we attend.
He is also the one who maintains our global network of suppliers and distributors.
Robert is what we call a "first mover" and has often acquired one or the other technical gadget long before everyone else.

Market coordinator
Gunhild is the one who makes sure that the wheels go round here in our small business.
She is also the one to ask if you have questions about orders, item numbers of products, invoices, etc. Gunhild is in control and can answer most things.

Business developer
Mathias is educated from The NCO school and The Norwegian Military Academy and has been in the armed forces for 16 years.
Here he worked, among other things, with education, admissions, operation planning, liaison, and also as a medic and sanitary instructor. His background and experience play an important role when we develop our own products or choose products from subcontractors.
Mathias is a family man and "free time" is currently an unknown term. But if the opportunity presents itself, he likes to tinker around in the garden.

Håvard prepares products, packs and sends shipments to customers, while keeping control of the warehouse.

Yevhen assists Håvard in keeping control of the warehouse. He prepares products, packs and sends shipments to customers, as well as receiving inbound goods. Internal production and after-sales-service also makes up daily tasks.

Tech Development Manager
Torbjørn is a trained police officer, but after a few years he ended up in IT development.
He has had an exciting journey that includes, among other things, entrepreneurial development of a tech company within digital twin. When the AI launches came, Torbjørn was early to put the tools into use, closely following the rapid development, learning functionality and application areas - and not least - building a philosophical understanding of AI's place in the world. Now Torbjørn is leading LESS on a groundbreaking development course to build ever greater value for our customers.
