Return policy

We accept returns on equipment bought from us, whether or not there is anything wrong with it. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can agree how.

What we accept

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. No reason is required.

We do not exchange one item for another. A return is handled as a refund; if you want something different instead, place a new order.

Condition of the goods

We only accept products in new condition. The item must be unused, in its original packaging where you still have it.

Opening the package and examining the equipment as you would in a shop is fine. But equipment that has been used at an actual incident, or that has been marked, cut or modified, cannot be taken back — emergency equipment has to be trustworthy for whoever is handed it next.

Time limit

There is no time limit. The right of return applies for the lifetime of the product, as long as the item is in new condition.

How to return

You can hand the item in at our premises at Kapp, leave it at a drop-off location, or send it by post.

Shipping and fees

The return label is the customer's responsibility. You arrange and pay for the shipment back to us.

We deduct a restocking fee of NOK 1,000 per return. It covers inspection, repacking and returning the item to stock, and is subtracted from the amount refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received the item and confirmed it is in new condition, we process the refund within 7 days.

You are refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, less the restocking fee.

Faults and defects

If something is wrong on our side — wrong item, transport damage or a manufacturing fault — you should not be paying for it. Get in touch and we will put it right.

Send a photograph when you report it if you can. It shortens the time before we can act.
